Bronx Zoo

The Bronx Zoo is the largest metropolitan zoo in the United States. It's home for over 4,000 animals, many of which are now endangered or threatened species. The Zoo covers over 265 acres of parklands and naturalistic habitats. Designed to replicate where the animals would normally live in the wild from the rain forest of the jungle to the Himalayan Highland. A long with the many different animals, you will see equally rare and beautiful plants and trees.

  2. Hey I've bene there! Holy cow, I forgot how admission prices were through the roof in this state. :S

I went to the zoo when I was a young acting student. It was part of an assignment. We had to choose an animal to imitate it in class the next day. Sheesh, I could have just sat on a park bench in Central Park to watch the muggers and imitate them animals-- coulda saved myself a bundle of money! ;) It was an adventure, tho.
